You will facilitate the Haematopoietic Cellular Therapy and Transplant Quality Programme (HSCTP) to ensure accurate and complete health related information. Your job duties include: - Data collection and cleaning of data in accordance with accreditation quality standards - Implement new/ revised procedures and guidelines - Perform data quality assurance reviews - Oversee data management process - Provide regular reports to Programme Director - Assist in development of database and ensure data are updated - Ensure all data accreditation and standards forms are completed and maintained in Registry
