Responsible for Company wide quality assurance activities and serve as an effective link in the translation of customers’ requirement and our capabilities towards satisfying or exceeding customers’ requirements - Handle external quality complaint from customers - Perform failure analysis on the returned PCBA - Liaise with internal relevant sections or departments on the root cause and countermeasure to be implemented - Provide corrective action report within the specified time frame to the customer - On-site visit to customers for verification and critical model launch follow-up - Perform process/verification audit on site for continuous improvement activities
- Degree in any Engineering discipline (Quality Engineering preferred) - 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities/operational - Good communication, report writing and presentation skills - Good analytical skills with ability to work effectively - Independent, decisive and good in problem solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
