Strategic Planning & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with 3echo’s mission of empowering SMEs through automation, education, and AI software solutions. AI Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, client needs, and technological advancements to identify opportunities where AI can add significant value to SMEs, especially in automation, customer service, and data analytics. AI Adoption Roadmap: Create AI roadmaps tailored to the specific needs of SMEs, helping them implement AI solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and drive growth. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams including AI engineers, developers, and marketing, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure AI solutions are successfully designed, developed, and deployed in line with client needs and business goals. Client Consultation: Act as the go to AI expert for 3echo’s clients, advising them on the most appropriate AI solutions for their business needs, from automation workflows to advanced AI powered analytics. Emerging Technologies & Trends: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices in automation, machine learning, and data analytics to continuously refine and enhance the agency’s offerings. Project Management: Lead AI projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met, and that performance metrics are properly tracked. Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, monitoring performance and impact on business operations to ensure a positive ROI for both 3echo and its clients. AI Education & Advocacy: Support 3echo’s AI education initiatives by contributing to educational content, conducting workshops, and helping clients and internal teams understand AI’s role in transforming business operations.
