Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for adult learners under WSQ/SSG-funded programmes. Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical activities in technology courses (e.g., AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity). Assess learners fairly in accordance with WSQ competency standards. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support learners’ growth. Adapt training content and methodologies to suit different learning needs and profiles. Work closely with programme coordinators to ensure high training quality and compliance with SSG requirements.
Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) certification (mandatory). Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Data Analytics / Data Science Cloud Computing / Cybersecurity E-Commerce / Digital Marketing General ICT, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Tech Skills Prior experience in conducting WSQ programmes will be an advantage.
