• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Facilities Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities or maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Hands-on approach with good troubleshooting skills. Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external vendors. Able to work on standby or during weekends if required.
