Job Detail

To manage tenant's fit-out/ reinstatement works and conduct timely handovers or takeover of units when required Ensure fortnightly checks are conducted to vacant units Escalate feedback to OM where necessary Attending to tenants enquired through emails when required. Facilitating repair, liaise with vendors and contractors where necessary. Report to OM in the event it cannot be rectified within a reasonable time Obtain quotation for minor repairs Manage vendors and contractors Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
