Job Detail

You will manage leave administration and work injury compensation cases as well as oversee work pass administration. You will also supervise and monitor work of direct reports as well as control and review work processes to make them more effective and efficient. As part of the job, you are required to handle general staff enquiries and enquiries mainly on leave administration, work injury compensation and work pass administration, which are in compliance with the SGH HR policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Degree in any discipline (preferably HR or Information Technology); - Knowledge of local labour legislation/TAFEP - Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently - High attention to detail - keen focus on executing accurately and quickly - Naturally curious, thrives on asking thought provoking questions and exploring the option to improve and streamline processes - Good computer literacy skills e.g. familiar with using spreadsheets, database, and word processing.
