We are seeking a skilled and proactive UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will apply design thinking to solve problems end-to-end—identifying user needs, generating concepts, defining and creating products, and shaping interactions to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with Service Delivery Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, and clients to ideate and implement solutions that maximize business impact. Beyond individual contributions, you will actively mentor and share knowledge with peers, foster a collaborative environment, and provide design advice, guidelines, and recommendations to ensure high-quality outcomes across the organisation. You will also support the Business Development team by contributing to pitches and design strategies, facilitate Design Thinking workshops, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to promote continuous innovation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating research, ideation, interaction design, visual design, and user testing. They should be proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and skilled in applying design thinking to solve complex problems. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and clients. Experience mentoring or providing design guidance is a plus. The candidate should be highly accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
