The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project governance, facilitating key project ceremonies, managing scope, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. This role requires strong organisational and leadership skills, the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans, and a hands-on approach to managing delivery tools, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing software or digital projects, with the ability to deliver end-to-end initiatives using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies. They should demonstrate strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and coordinating across multi-squad or cross-functional teams is essential. Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office is required, along with a solid understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management. Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory, and experience working with public sector organisations or holding relevant project management or Agile certifications is an advantage.
