We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, automated provisioning pipelines and reusable infrastructure templates that support application teams across the organisation. This role focuses on enabling rapid, compliant onboarding and delivery through well-designed AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security-by-default platform capabilities. The DevSecOps Engineer will work closely with engineering, platform, and security teams to improve developer productivity, standardise cloud environments, and ensure that infrastructure, pipelines, and automation align with enterprise security and governance standards. The role also includes supporting platform-related requests and continuously enhancing shared cloud and DevSecOps capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud automation, with hands-on expertise designing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code templates for AWS using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK. They should have practical experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines and automated provisioning workflows, along with a solid understanding of AWS services across compute, networking, storage, databases, and security. Knowledge of cloud security best practices—including IAM, KMS, secrets management, and network security—is essential, as is strong scripting ability using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. The candidate should be comfortable supporting engineering teams, troubleshooting platform issues, and building reusable, secure templates that scale across multiple tenants. Experience with image-building pipelines, OS hardening, and platform automation is a strong advantage.
