We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support digital transformation initiatives for Singapore government agencies. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that improve service delivery, streamline operations, and enable enterprise-wide adoption of the platform. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow implementations aligned with government standards and governance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and server-side and client-side scripting. They should have experience working across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, and App Engine, along with a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Experience building integrations using REST APIs and MID Server is required, and familiarity with secure or regulated environments is advantageous. ServiceNow certifications, experience with scoped applications, custom UI development, performance tuning, and exposure to DevOps or CI/CD practices are considered a plus.
