We are seeking a strategic, and user-centric Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of digital products and services. You'll play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery that aligns with business goals and customer expectations. This role supports RWS’s strategic goals by blending business acumen, technical knowledge and user-centered design principles to drive innovation and elevate customer experience, contributing to the IT division’s transformation journey. Job Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs. Conduct business environment analysis, market research, and demand analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Integrate emerging technologies, including AI applications, into product development to enhance functionality and competitiveness. 2. Product Development & Lifecycle Management Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and design to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Apply automation management and system integration practices to streamline development and improve scalability. 3. User-Centered Design & Experience Champion design thinking and user experience design to ensure products are intuitive, accessible, and engaging. Oversee user testing and usability testing to validate product concepts and inform design decisions. Leverage data visualization and storyboarding to communicate insights and product narratives effectively. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations. Foster strong partnerships across departments, including various customer facing business units, and operations, to support product success. Translate business needs into actionable product features and enhancements through effective communication and collaboration. 5. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Monitor product performance using data analytics and business performance metrics. Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency. Ensure adherence to quality standards, data ethics, and governance frameworks throughout the product lifecycle. 6. Application Support & Incident Management Oversee application support operations to ensure system reliability and performance. Coordinate incident response efforts, including after-hours and holiday season coverage, to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations. Collaborate with IT support teams to implement escalation protocols and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues through analytics and performance metrics. Maintain documentation of incident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support, product management, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment. Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering successful products to market. Strong understanding of user experience design, data strategy, and emerging technologies. Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional team leadership. Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
