- Identify needs in the community pertaining to digital literacy in seniors - Liaise with PHICO’s internal and external stakeholders, including clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions, external community partners and government agencies involved in projects. - Facilitate volunteer partnerships and develop volunteer management policies and processes - Assist in the program evaluation activities of TriGenSGH which includes but is not limited to quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and writing of manuscripts - Support tracking of key performance indicators and submission of project reports. - Management of program budget and acquiring of resources and equipment
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in social sciences, natural sciences or healthcare - Experience in programme/event organisation - Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies, data analysis and writing of manuscripts - Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
