What You'll Be Doing Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals Actively source and develop new business opportunities Craft tailored proposals that meet client needs and showcase our value Represent Adrenalin at meetings, networking events, and industry functions Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery Manage your pipeline, track metrics, and continually refine your approach Stay ahead of market trends to keep your outreach relevant and effective

Job Requirements

What You Bring Minimally 2 years of experience in business development, sales, events, or marketing An entrepreneurial mindset - self-starter, resourceful, and solution-focused Confidence in pitching ideas and building relationships Strong follow-through and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage your own time, targets, and workload Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and Canva Bonus if you have event or client-facing experience and want to pivot into sales
