About The Role At AdrenalinX, we bring brands and organisations to life through thoughtfully designed experiences. We work with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate organisations across Singapore to deliver live, hybrid, and digital experiences. We are looking for a Project Event Executive who can manage events from planning through delivery while working closely with Project Managers and production teams. In this role, you will own smaller and mid-scale projects independently, while contributing to larger productions led by Project Managers. The position provides strong exposure to client management, event execution, and operational coordination. What You Will Own You will manage events from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, logistics, and client expectations are met. Responsibilities include: - Managing assigned events from brief to delivery, including timelines, logistics, and coordination - Supporting Project Managers on larger or more complex productions when required - Communicating with clients and providing project updates - Translating client objectives into clear event plans and execution steps - Coordinating with internal teams including creative, operations, and production - Managing vendors, logistics, and on-site event execution - Tracking project budgets and monitoring expenses - Identifying risks early and resolving operational issues during planning or live events - Supporting post-event reporting, documentation, and client feedback
