Job Detail

Diagnose current workforce: structure, roles, headcount, skills, demographics, costs, and productivity. Define future-state workforce model aligned to business strategy, operating model, and technology roadmap. Conduct skills gap analysis; build reskilling, upskilling, and redeployment plans at scale. Develop workforce planning frameworks (capacity modeling, demand/supply, succession, critical roles). Partner with HR, Digital/IT, and Business Leaders to design transition plans and governance. Shape change management strategies: stakeholder mapping, communications, training, adoption metrics. Introduce talent and performance processes to support the new model (career paths, job families, competencies). Advise on automation/AI impact on roles and FTE—create ethical, people-centric transition plans. Define KPIs and dashboards: capability uplift, productivity, engagement, attrition, time-to-competency. Build and deliver playbooks, toolkits, and standard operating procedures for repeatable change. Facilitate leadership workshops and executive decision forums to unblock transformation. Ensure compliance, workforce policies, and labor relations are considered in design and execution. Manage project delivery: scope, timeline, risk, budget, and vendor/partner coordination. Transfer knowledge to internal teams to sustain outcomes post-project.
