Lead full spectrum of pre- and post-contract management, including tender review, contract negotiation, variations, and claims. Manage main contract and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance and minimize commercial risks. Review, prepare, and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and contractual correspondences. Monitor project budgets, cash flow, cost forecasts, and ensure all financial targets are met. Implement cost-control measures and value engineering recommendations. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on all commercial matters. Prepare commercial reports and financial updates for senior management. Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks across projects. Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA, MOM, and internal company policies. Support audits, insurance matters, and dispute resolution when required.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in Commercial / Contract Management within construction or M&E (ACMV/FPS experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, LTA contract forms. Proven experience in cost control, claims preparation, and project financial management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and project management/ERP systems.
