Lead technical design and cost estimation for upcoming ACMV and FPS projects Ensure all designs and tender submissions comply with tender specifications, standards, and relevant codes of practice Review and optimise tender pricing to remain competitive while meeting company margin requirements Prepare, evaluate, and submit accurate and timely tender proposals Conduct market, competitor, and supplier analysis to support pricing and tender strategies Liaise closely with consultants, architects, developers, building owners, and suppliers during tender and design stages Provide engineering and technical support to ongoing projects when required Manage and guide engineering, estimation, and electrical teams to ensure quality and consistency Support business growth by securing new projects aligned with the company’s strategic plans
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in ACMV design, tendering, and cost estimation Strong experience in ACMV systems; FPS knowledge is an advantage LTA project experience will be a strong added advantage Proven track record in tender pricing, cost optimisation, and contract win strategies
