Create and develop new floral designs for product launches, weddings, and events Oversee floral inventory and manage weekly purchasing Mentor junior florists to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfilment Coordinate with operations to ensure scheduled orders are delivered on time Prepare weekend floral orders in advance by Friday Perform on-site flower maintenance at designated hotel locations (monthly) Handle on-site setup and installation for designs that cannot be transported
