Role Summary: Responsible to develop and implement strategic business plan for the different trade channels for tissue and personal care products. Identifying opportunity / gaps through understanding the trade dynamics. Responsible for building and developing the capability of a team of Executives and Merchandisers. Deliver Sales Volume, Distribution, and in-store fundamentals with Trade Customers. Identifying business opportunities / gaps through close interaction with customers. Establish good trade relationships and perform continuous business review with key customers. Negotiate trading terms and ensure maximum returns on trade investment Working closely with cross functional department and develop action plans to close business gaps. Manage departmental budgets and operating costs in line with annual allocations to ensure optimal use of resources. Monitor sales progress daily to achieve monthly KPIs in terms of Sales, Display, and Speed to Market. Perform gap analysis and propose recovery plans. Verify incoming claims, resolve customer disputes, and drive achievement of new product introduction KPIs, including distribution, market share, and gross sales Perform promotion planning to ensure promotion effectiveness. Analyze market trends and provide regular insights into the competitive landscape
