The HR Manager will be responsible for recuritment & staffing, employee training & development, payroll & Compensation, Employee relations within the company. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement 2. Hire and develop talent for specialized roles (e.g., aquaculture technicians, sales associates, logistics packers), 3. Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, live specimen handling, safety, and service excellence 4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and biosecurity protocols in wet or physically demanding environments 5. Foster a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with the company’s mission and values 6. Manage payroll, leave, and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality 7. Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, promoting a safe and inclusive workplace

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or local equivalent) is an advantage 3. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, agriculture, aquaculture, or a hands-on industry 4. Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety 5. Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration 6. Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills 7. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities 8. Passion for or willingness to learn about aquatic life and sustainability practices.
