Job Detail

Manage all phases of application development, from detailed requirements gathering and architectural design to development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Build secure, scalable, and maintainable IT solutions with advanced functionalities, applying best practices and performance optimization, administer the IT platforms, ACL management, support platform upgrading. Produce & maintain clear project documentation to ensure future reference, support maintenance, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Evaluate and adopt appropriate development platforms and approaches, including low-code/no-code or traditional coding to meet requirement. Support ITSM processes implementation, working closely with HQ, conduct user education, knowledge sharing on local adaptation and operational support. Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams to align technical solutions with broader organizational goals and ensure high-quality delivery. Liaise with HQ team and external service providers for implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Executive any other tasks or roles assigned by superior.
