1. Responsible for achieving user growth targets for securities and content businesses in the Singapore market. Develop comprehensive user growth and operational strategies, and efficiently drive project execution. 2. Familiar with and understand user growth methodologies, proficient in applying strategies including but not limited to: channel expansion, cross-industry partnerships, campaign marketing, and user referral programs. 3. Collaborate with global operational and content community teams to formulate user growth strategies for the Singapore platform. Participate in identifying, incubating, and supporting PGC/UGC users, as well as nurturing community KOLs/KOCs to drive user growth. 4. Leverage data analysis to integrate business objectives, user insights, and operational development. Organize and coordinate resources to execute related projects.
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in user growth, traffic, or channel operations. Candidates familiar with finance, economics, or stock-related content are preferred. 2. Strong data operation capabilities, adept at identifying growth opportunities from data and formulating actionable strategies. 3. Business acumen, macro-level planning skills, and project coordination abilities. 4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Overseas work experience is a plus. 5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, resilience, and quick learning ability.
