Execute full-spectrum dealing functions during night trading hours, including trade execution, order management, force-selling, and handling client enquiries across the U.S. market, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Provide after-hours dealing to clients via phone and live chat, while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness. Monitor U.S. and global market movements, macroeconomic indicators, and breaking news to deliver real-time insights to clients during the night session. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Risk, Compliance) to identify and resolve client or system issues, and to support after-hours trading initiatives or platform enhancements. Enforce risk controls during night trading, including margin monitoring, position limits, and execution validations, to safeguard both client and firm interests. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and trade activities in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Contribute to investor education by preparing market commentaries or insights relevant to the U.S. and global markets. Participate in ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management, including process improvements, system testing, and reporting activities.
3–4 years of experience in the brokerage industry. Strong preference for candidates who have completed CMFAS modules 1A, 5, 6, 6A, or who hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong product and market knowledge in equities, ETFs, and options; proficient in both fundamental and technical analysis. Familiarity with U.S., Hong Kong and Singapore capital markets, and understanding of margin trading, options handling, and corporate actions. Comfortable with reaching out to clients through various means (calls, social media, webinars, or seminar presentation etc.) Able and willing to work on weekdays evening, weekends, night shifts and/or public holidays when required. Proactive, outgoing, and client-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of client service commitment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, trading systems, and CRM platforms.
