The Operation Manager will be responsible for daily facility management, staff coordination, Mainteance & Technical, Guest experience and supporting various departments within our operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily operations across aquaculture, retail, logistics, and customer service 2. Ensure optimal care and health of live fish and plants through proper water quality, feeding, and handling protocols 3. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supply chain coordination for live and non-live products 4. Supervise cross-functional teams and support staff scheduling, training, and performance 5. Implement efficient workflows to reduce waste, improve traceability, and increase productivity 6. Maintain compliance with safety, biosecurity, and environmental standards 7. Monitor key performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives 8. Coordinate with sales, HR, and aquaculture teams to align operations with business goals
1. Diploma or degree in Business, Aquaculture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred) 2. 3+ years of operations, logistics, or team management experience (aquatics, retail, or agriculture a plus) 3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 4. Hands-on experience with aquarium systems, water testing, or live animal/plant care (or willingness to learn) 5. Proficient in inventory management, process improvement, and data tracking 6. Leadership ability with experience coaching teams in fast-paced environments 7. Knowledge of payroll, safety protocols, or facility maintenance is an advantage
