• To sustain and improve all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals • Perform 12 hours rotating day/night shift duties to support production with quality. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime • Monitor and control equipment performance indices • Maximize the uptime of equipment to sustain equipment performance • Co-ordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives • Establish stock levels of essential spares and consumables to support equipment maintenance based on forecasted manufacturing volume • Forecast equipment spares and other equipment-related expenditures • Provide and maintain PM specifications for equipment to meet ISO requirements
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering • 3-5 years relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
