We’re looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team. We’re searching for a Principal Engineer to be part of our Technology Development Department diverse team of talent. What you will be working on: - Part of a team to develop, transfer & qualify new & derivative processes. -Using TCAD to study new device development/integration into existing process and provide best case processing conditions. - Run experiments to optimize device/process integration based on TCAD results. - Provide TCAD support to processing issues encountered in production. --Prepare engineering report to document results and learnings.
- Master degree or above in semiconductor/ electronics/ electrical/ Physics/ Material engineering or relevant disciplines. - Minimum 5 years working in a semiconductor manufacturing industry. - Direct hands-on experience with Process and Device simulation tools (Taurus & Sentaurus) - Able to setup input deck and perform calibration with SIMS and bench results - Good semiconductor device knowledge on High voltage and RF devices - Able to define and execute experiments based on TCAD results SSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
