Job Detail

Supervise and monitor the performance and repair standards of the Workshop Technical Specialists. Liaise with stores personnel to identify all material requirements and usages. Ensure that all maintenance work performed adhere strictly to standards established by Go-Ahead Singapore and any legal requirements. Optimize work to ensure maximum availability of vehicles to meet operational requirements. Work with all parties to minimize lost mileages due to engineering failures and issues. Ensure strict adherence to the planned inspection and maintenance schedules Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations. Undertake any necessary audit to ensure strict compliance with established processes and procedures. Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required by the Management. Diligently monitor employee attendance and approval of overtime. Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.
