Job Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the food and beverage industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours, including weekends and public holidays
