In NewLaw, we are seeking a Consultant to help legal departments optimise their functions, reduce costs, and provide greater value. The role involves working with high-profile clients and using innovative tools to transform legal processes.
Assist clients in areas such as operating strategy, process optimisation, spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation. Help clients evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC SG NewLaw managed services Gather business requirements, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support. Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement. Conduct market research and interviews for clients including but not limited to legal tech landscape review, legal opportunity analysis, and market opportunity research. Assist in generation of reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and any documents necessary for client deliverables or RFQs.
