Manage course administration, including enquiries, registrations, ad-hoc requests, and course delivery support. Maintain online registration system and prepare training performance reports. Update marketing materials and support events to increase course participation. Assist in organizing corporate activities and events. Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to meet service standards. Monitor supplier performance and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements

Candidate with receptionist/front desk experience are welcome to apply. Candidate with experience in training/learning centre is preferred.
