As an HR Specialist, you will support our clients by assisting with their back-end systems to optimise business operations. Collaborating closely with HR Consultants and team members, you will gather necessary documentation and ensure a seamless process. Responsibilities • Maintain and update employee and client data accurately in the HR Management System (HRMS). • Administer payroll processing on a periodic schedule, ensuring compliance with client requirements and statutory regulations. • Generate and distribute itemised payslips in a timely manner. • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and filings, including CPF and other relevant requirements. • Produce detailed payroll and HR reports for review and record-keeping. • Process employee reimbursements efficiently and accurately. • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and HR-related requests. • Coordinate and manage annual processes, such as employee bonus payouts and statutory tax filings (e.g., IRAS AIS/IR8A). • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and best practices in all payroll and HR functions. Requirements Must have: • Strong in English both spoken and written • Driven and self disciplined • Creative and analytical • Good to have: • Prior experience in HR organisational related roles e.g. Learning & development/Trainings, HR Business Partners
