Job Detail

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT equipment • Manage user accounts, email setup, and system access • Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams/vendors • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation • Support system updates and security patches

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) – preferred • Basic understanding of Active Directory and email systems (Outlook/Exchange) • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and in a team Nice to Have • Knowledge of Mac OS, VPN, remote support tools • ITIL certification or basic ITIL knowledge • Experience in corporate IT environments Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
