• Take charge of the telecom software delivery project or Operation & Maintenance delivery project of Huawei-developed software (such as Mobile Money / BSS / VAS / AICC), IT infrastructure, and private cloud projects. • Work closely with customers, engineers and developers to address and track end-to-end project issues • Work in fast-paced environment with tight schedule and with dynamic project teams which include scoping and creating technical documents (SoW, operational guide, infrastructure documentation, etc.) • Quick learner of new IT technologies and product updates, able to present to customers on the company related product update. • Assist in the design, testing and evaluation of new products/solution, procedures and implementations in the area of network/system hardware and software. • Provide remote and on-site engineering technical and trouble-shooting support for the project.
• Degree in Computer / Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent • Experience / knowledge in IT Infrastructure (server, storage, virtualization) or software development • Familiar with Web Service, REST, Kafka, Hadoop, virtualization, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies • Certification in Linux, Database administration, Networking would be an advantage • Integrate and schematically depict communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission, and signaling links and protocols into complete network configurations. • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
