The Spa Therapist delivers exceptional, personalized spa treatments that reflect the spa’s luxury standards, ensuring memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence. In addition to delivery of spa treatments, responsibility will also include retailing of homecare products, maintenance of equipment, inventory of products and treatment tools and supplies and acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
- Certified Spa Therapist (recognized local or international qualification) - Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment preferred - Excellent guest service delivery Proficient in massage and body treatments; facial certification an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
