We are looking for an AI/software engineer with at least 3 years of experience building and operating production-grade services, not just prototypes, and at least 1 year leading small projects. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java (with proficiency in one and working knowledge of another), and proven experience delivering LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, tool-use, and prompt design. Candidates must be comfortable designing and exposing robust REST/gRPC APIs (e.g., FastAPI or Express), working with SQL-based data models and vector databases, and building cloud-native systems using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform on AWS, Azure, or GCP. A strong engineering-quality mindset is essential, including unit and integration testing, LLM evaluation and regression testing, and production observability. Finally, candidates must demonstrate security fundamentals, including secrets management, least-privilege IAM, and safe handling of sensitive data, with real-world experience shipping and operating reliable AI systems at scale.
