Senior Executive Restaurant Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for a Project Executive / Senior Executive to support restaurant fit-out projects for KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore, covering new store openings, remodels, and reinstatement works in retail and mall environments. This is a pure project role focused on end-to-end project delivery and administration, including authority submissions, landlord coordination, tenders, and cost management. It is not a construction site or maintenance role. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end restaurant fit-out projects (new stores, remodels, reinstatements) Coordinate tenders, budgets, cost tracking, variations, and payment claims Handle authority submissions, approvals, and landlord / mall liaison Conduct site supervision to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery Update and maintain layout drawings and project documentation (AutoCAD - is preferred)
