Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status Assist passengers with odd size bags Answer hotline calls on baggage matters

Possess 4 GCE ā€˜N’ level credits / 3 GCE ā€˜O’ level passes or equivalent Professionalism, Patience and a "People-first" attitude Comfortable with shift work Able to carry >25kg
