Facilitate communication and training for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Yonyou system. 3. Address any resistance to change and ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible. Documentation and Reporting: 1. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes. 2. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. 3. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Compliance and Governance: 4. Ensure that the project complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. 5. Implement and enforce governance structures and practices to maintain project integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration. • Over 5 years of experience in project consulting, implementation, or management, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial and supply chain project implementation. • Strong understanding of enterprise business management processes and extensive project management experience. • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred. • Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Ofsio, and Gantt charts; • strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. • PMP certification or knowledge of project management is a plus. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee projects and effectively allocate team resources.
