Key Responsibilities · Conceptualise and execute design collaterals for outlet/stalls ensuring full accountability from initial concept to final execution. · Present design proposals to Brand Leads and other stakeholders while providing clear rationale and justification behind the design decisions that meet marketing objectives and messaging. · Work with Visual Merchandising team to ensure productions and artwork for VM display are operationally viable in stores. · Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance throughout all touchpoints. · Good-to-have: The ability to work with a wide range of media, including digital and minor video editing and animation work.
· 1-2 years direct creative working experience · Proven experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio. · The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. · Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across all creative outputs. · Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good team-work ethics. · Highly objective-oriented and pro-active. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
