Interns will build a strong foundation for future career growth by working on real-life projects and have the opportunity to explore different functions within BreadTalk Group, gaining exposure to how a large F&B organisation operates at both strategic and operational levels. High-performing graduate interns may be considered for conversion into the 18-months Group Accelerated Leadership Excellence Programme (GALE) - for Management Development Associates (MDA) or other functional specialist role, subject to performance and organisational requirements. ​
