-Report directly to Design & Project Director -Assist Director/Project Manager in managing Projects and Store setups. -Assist Director/Project Manager in upkeeping Concepts. -Coordinating between outlets'/service providers for incoming tenants setup. -Liaising with landlord for stall setting up/ R&M matter. -Coordinating with Service providers to obtain maintenance and service reports to Landlord as and when required -Coordinating between outlets'/service team in R&M matter. -Assist in supervision of our sub-contractors. -Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements: -Professional certificate/NITEC in interior design/ Engineering (Mechanical)/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent. -Have prior F&B store set up experience will be a bonus -Minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Personal Attributes: -Able to work independently and perform under pressure. -Good organizational and problem solving skills. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Positive work attitude.
