Responsible for projects parts order from PO to site delivery. Negotiate and managing of logistic cost and material cost. Responsible for Shipment monitoring for projects delivery with Factories or other vendors. Track movements of items and ensure timely replenishment of quantities as required. Responsible for receiving cargos and coordinating deliveries of equipment to jobsite. Ensure all procedures for custom clearance are duly completed. Handling company inbound shipment and marine insurance. Liaise with carrier and forwarder on the on time custom clearance. Review and provide better solutions for cost saving. Handling documentation and other required administration relevant to shipment. To implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities. Monthly reporting and ad-hoc cost analysis.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant working experience Candidates who possess Forklift License will have an added advantage Possess MS Office and SAP knowledge Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, meticulous, and possessing good organizational skills Able to commence within short notice
