Job Detail

Recruitment & Talent Coordination Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow up on recruitment requirements. Prepare onboarding documentation and issue new joiner announcements. Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking reports. HR Operations & Administration Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and exits. Draft and issue HR-related letters and documentation. Update and maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Assist with HR reporting, trackers, and administrative documentation. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ general HR enquiries. Support HR-led engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in managing basic employee relations matters and escalate when necessary. HR Compliance & Governance Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and applicable labour regulations. Support audit requirements and maintain proper HR documentation. Handle all employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (HR Executive / HR Operations / Recruitment support). Good knowledge of basic HR processes and employment practices. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
