Job Detail

- Direct and manage all shipyard steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erection processes to ensure timely project delivery. - Develop and implement efficient steel production schedules in line with overall objectives - Ensure all steelworks comply with Class society standards, client specifications, and QA/QC requirements. - Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize wastage. - Work closely with the HSE department to enforce strict safety protocols and foster strong culture on work sites - Manage and evaluate the performance of Steel Supervisors and sub-contractors’ workforce
