Responsible for ensuring that all building systems, guest room facilities, and public area equipment are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. This role is essential in delivering a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience for guests by minimizing disruptions caused by technical issues. They need to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on systems such as air-conditioning (HVAC), electrical installations, plumbing, lighting, and other mechanical equipment. This includes routine inspections, servicing, and troubleshooting faults to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment. Technicians respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and hotel departments. This may involve repairing air-conditioning units, fixing plumbing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing light fixtures, or addressing electrical faults. Quick response time and effective problem-solving are critical to maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
