• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B experience preferred). • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage HR professionals, business owners, and senior stakeholders. • Comfortable managing both inbound leads and proactive outbound sales activities. • Target-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of the sales pipeline. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities and performance. • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals. • Candidates with Accounting knowledge is strongly encouraged to apply.
