Member of Technical Staff Industrial Engineering (Asset Optimization)

Job Detail

This role will be part of the asset optimization team where you will design systems and processes to improve various cost saving projects in manufacturing & surplus assets monetization, stranded tools dispo and management. You will also drive transformation projects via cross-functional teams across sites. Your Job: Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager: Develops, designs, plans, and implements cost saving projects including refurbished tools purchase, alternate parts cost saving & Fab byproducts sale. Documents and ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines Evaluate problem statement / area of improvement & driving solution with cross functional teams across sites  Develops and maintains metrics to measure task/projects/individual goals towards departmental OKR Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs  Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
