Job Detail

Reporting to the Technical Specialist/Shift Leader and supports manufacturing activities including performance of visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and perform functional testing to ensure product meets the product specifications. Perform visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and functional testing for manufacturing in-process or first piece/inhouse molding approval activities. Feedback materials / product discrepancy to upstream process /manufacturing Handle the non-conforming product per non-conformance product handling procedure. Update inspection result per procedure. Participate in project undertaken by the team. E.g., Data collection on quality improvement project. File inspection forms and other quality record that required in the lot traceability procedure to their respective lot master and support for retrieval. Oversee the sort / re-work activities, collate and file the data accordingly. Internal coordination with other function groups.
