Implement and sustain BD Excellence processes to support manufacturing performance. Identify, plan, and execute improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost. Lead project management activities for Venflon improvements, including change control, MSA, and process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ). Develop process FMEAs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation, and train operators on validation activities. Analyse top production losses and implement actions to eliminate waste and improve OEE. Support capacity planning, process optimization, and documentation of budgeted rates. Ensure compliance with BD Quality Systems, safety regulations, and ISO14001 environmental requirements. Participate in manufacturing projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering disciplines. Good experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or manufacturing operations. Hands-on experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), change control, MSA, FMEA development, and creation of manufacturing documentation and work instructions. Good project management and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to lead productivity, cost‑reduction, and OEE improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
